Garment Inspection

Every garment is inspected before processing. Existing damage, color fading or fabric weakness will be noted whenever possible.

Stain Removal

While we use premium eco-friendly chemicals and professional processes, stain removal depends on fabric type, stain age and previous treatments. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Delicate Fabrics

Silk, Wool, Linen, Suede, Leather and Designer garments are cleaned at customer’s risk after professional inspection.

Delivery

Standard Delivery: 24–48 Hours
Express Delivery: Subject to availability.

Late Delivery Promise

Where applicable, eligible customers may receive promotional compensation according to the active offer displayed on our website. The offer does not apply in case of: Natural disasters, Power failure, Government restrictions, Incorrect customer address, Customer unavailable at delivery.

Garment Collection

Garments should be collected within 30 days after completion. Velora Fab Care shall not be responsible for garments remaining unclaimed beyond 90 days.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed 10 times the service charge paid for the affected garment or its fair market value after considering depreciation, whichever is lower. We are not responsible for: Articles left in pockets, Cash, Jewellery, Documents, Mobile phones, Pens, Cosmetics, Accessories not declared.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Governing Law

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Refund Policy

Orders cancelled before processing are eligible for refund. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 working days.

Pickup & Delivery Policy

Free Pickup & Delivery available on eligible orders. Delivery timings depend on service selected. Customers should ensure someone is available to receive garments.

Damage Policy

Velora Fab Care follows international garment care standards. Although every precaution is taken, slight color variation, shrinkage or fabric aging may occur due to the inherent nature of textiles. Velora Fab Care shall not be liable for damage resulting from: Weak fabric, Manufacturing defects, Previous repairs, Hidden stains, Existing discoloration.

Cancellation Policy

Pickup may be cancelled before our rider arrives. Orders cannot be cancelled once garment processing begins.
